You Can Apply For Exchange Within 7 Days Of Your Purchase
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us as unpacked parcel within 7 days of your purchase, and we will gladly process an exchange
maximum within a week of receiving the goods.
NOTE: Nexus will pay the courier charges if there is a genuine fault with the product.
Customer will pay the courier charges if he/she does not like the product for some reason and wants to get it changed or refund.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached for a return to be acceptable.

REFUNDS:
Once we have received your returned package and you have provided us with either your bank account or any other means to receive your money back, your refund will be processed within 2 to 4 working days for the amount to be credited to your bank account.
